Executive Leadership Coaching

As a leader you are you are tasked with steering the course for your organisation, team, congregation or family (and self – because, yes, you do lead yourself as well!).

You need to:

  • consider vision, values, and the framework for implementation. 
  • be able to move from the abstract to the practical authentically and realistically.
  • be responsible for creating a culture and environment that nurtures, nourishes, and motivates those you lead. 
  • know how to navigate and arbitrate complex interpersonal relationships that are multi-faceted and multi-layered. 
  • be responsible for the delegation and the interaction between the different parts of the system that you lead. 
  • be psychologically flexible and open-minded to embrace change and creativity. 
  • know how to toggle between work and home and make sure that you have a bigger picture so that your work doesn’t overrun your life

These are big topics and it can be lonely to try and tackle them by yourself. 

Many leaders feel unable to discuss certain issues for fear of being perceived as weak. You may be treated differently as a leader, people either afraid to challenge you or overly critical as a result of ‘history’ in your relationship. 

Coaching provides a process where you are both supported and challenged, blindspots being uncovered and your deeper wisdom being accessed so that you can function at peak performance and you, your business, organisation, community, or family can thrive.

Group coaching/Mastermind

There’s something unique and profoundly transformative that takes place when there is a group of people coming together for a similar purpose, an energy that electrifies the hearts, minds, and experience of those present and enables insight and growth that would take months if not years as an individual.

Mindfulness Courses

Trained to deliver the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course, I provide this course on request for a minimum of six people.

Additionally, my signature mindfulness course, A Quiet Mind, is a perfect first step towards the path of living a mindful life blending theory, neuroscience and experiential learning together to give you a comprehensive introduction to the field and bite-size exercises that will help you embody the attitudes you need to find calm, peace, and deep wisdom.

Counselling

Sometimes what we really need is a space to process distressing feelings and thoughts that may have gotten out of control and that may be impacted from our upbringing past events and relationships.

Using empathic listening and my understanding of Humanistic and psychodynamic models, I provide a non-judgemental space where you can gain insight and understanding into your experience, feelings and behaviours.

This in turn gives you the freedom and choice to find a different perspective and a path to move forward.
